Woodland Heights Apartments offers 187 affordable units for families, singles and seniors in the heart of Pontiac, the seat of Oakland County. The development features recreation and green space including a new outdoor vegetable garden, laundry facilities and a host of activities for residents each month.
A Capital Improvement Project was completed in late spring/early summer 2022. The project included new flooring and paint throughout the building alongside brand-new elevator cabs and state of the art laundry facilities for every resident. Ongoing unit renovations are continuing at the building through 2023.
