Woodland Heights Apartments offers 187 affordable apartments for families, singles and seniors. The development features recreation and green space including an outdoor vegetable garden and a barbeque pavilion. Ongoing improvements at the building have been underway since 2021. This includes renovations of all units, facilities, amenities and landscaping. Now in the spring of 2024, less than 15-unit renovations remain.
